Il relan<\/span><span lang=\"PT\">c<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">e le<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">s<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">jumelage<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">s<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">qui relie<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">nt<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">d\u00e9j\u00e0 les deux pays \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes villes. Dans la logique de la \u00ab\u00a0libre circulation\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; base des valeurs europ\u00e9ennes &#8211; il \u00e9tait aujourd&rsquo;hui plus que jamais n\u00e9cessaire de le relancer pour la promotion artistique. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">L<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u2019art <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">est ainsi <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">propos\u00e9 et \u00ab\u00a0utilis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb comme instrument de connexion et de partage et comme levier pour l\u2019ouverture et le d\u00e9passement des fronti\u00e8res g\u00e9ographiques et mentales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Didefault\"><span lang=\"FR\">GemellArte se pr\u00e9sente en tant que projet ind\u00e9pendant. Il est ax\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9veil civique et culturel de nos villes, en accordant une attention particuli\u00e8re aux villes de la province. L&rsquo;\u00e9dition \u00ab\u00a0z\u00e9ro\u00a0\u00bb du projet est organis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;engagement de Gn Media et \u00e0 la contribution de sujets publics et priv\u00e9s qui proposent de soutenir l\u2019initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div style=' margin-top:30px; margin-bottom:10px;'  class='hr hr-custom hr-center hr-icon-no  '><span class='hr-inner   inner-border-av-border-fat' style=' width:50px; border-color:#000000;' ><span class='hr-inner-style'><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/p><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   \" style='border-radius:0px; '><p><div style='padding-bottom:0px; font-size:20px;' class='av-special-heading av-special-heading-h1  blockquote modern-quote  av-inherit-size '><h1 class='av-special-heading-tag '  itemprop=\"headline\"  >Pourquoi ce nom ?<\/h1><div class='special-heading-border'><div class='special-heading-inner-border' ><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p class=\"s10\"><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Parce que nous voulons placer l\u2019art \u00e0 la base de la coop\u00e9ration entre les \u00e9tats membres.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Didefault\"><span lang=\"FR\">Ce nom associe les deux aspects principaux du projet\u00a0: Le jumelage \u00ab\u00a0gemell\u00a0\u00bb et l\u2019art \u00ab\u00a0Arte\u00a0\u00bb. L&rsquo;art en tant qu\u2019engagement civique, culturelle ainsi que le c\u00f4t\u00e9 touristique. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Didefault\"><span lang=\"FR\">GemellArte consiste donc en la mise en place d&rsquo;un \u00e9change d&rsquo;artistes entre diff\u00e9rents pays, \u00e0 travers l\u2019organisation de r\u00e9sidences artistiques accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019un parcours de diverses expositions dont certaines d\u2019arts figuratifs. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant, suite cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, de continuer le d\u00e9veloppement de jumelages avec d\u2019autres villes europ\u00e9ennes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Didefault\"><span lang=\"FR\">Le but de ce projet artistique et culturel est multiple. D&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, il y a la volont\u00e9 manifeste de stimuler la sc\u00e8ne artistique locale en accueillant et en contribuant \u00e0 une initiative <\/span>fortement<span lang=\"FR\">internationale. Avec <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">le m\u00e9rite <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">de valoriser les artistes \u00e9mergents <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">au del\u00e0 des fronti<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u00e8re<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">s<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">, de stimuler leur cr\u00e9<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">ativit<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u00e9 en encourageant la liaison entre les artistes de diff\u00e9rents pays et les influences culturelles<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">r\u00e9ciproques.<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Celles-ci demeurent toujours fondamentales dans le monde de l\u2019art et au-del\u00e0. D\u2019autre part, l\u2019objectif suppl\u00e9mentaire est de vouloir faire revivre les jumelages d\u00e9j\u00e0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">existants<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">entre diff\u00e9rentes villes du monde, trop souvent <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">dormants<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">voire <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">oubli\u00e9s, tout en offrant des opportunit\u00e9s <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">viables<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">d\u2019internationalisation.
