D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, il y a la volont\u00e9 de revendiquer la ville comme territoire libre de tout process de privatisation, (qui, en acte, subit actuellement une gentrification urbaine massive). De l\u2019autre, on assiste \u00e0 une r\u00e9action oppos\u00e9e o\u00f9 les pratiques de street Art sont en syntonie avec les normes esth\u00e9tiques de \u00ab d\u00e9cors urbain\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de <strong>Gemellarte 2021<\/strong>, le d\u00e9bat se veut un moment de r\u00e9flexion et d\u2019\u00e9change avec les citoyens et les artistes.<br \/>\nLe Festival d&rsquo;art contemporain GemellArte, revitalise le jumelage entre les villes de Saint-Ouen et Terni en Italie, une double r\u00e9sidence artistique, des expositions et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture.<br \/>\nCr\u00e9er un pont entre villes et pays en favorisant l&rsquo;\u00e9change culturel et artistique, rechercher et promouvoir de nouveaux talents, encourager le sens de la citoyennet\u00e9 et des territoires en supprimant toutes fronti\u00e8res, pas seulement g\u00e9ographiques.
